Suze Dowling is a Co founder and Chief Business Officer at Pattern Brands. Suze has built her career in the early stage landscape. Her role is the culmination of a decade of experience at the forefront of the NY start-up community - working hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs from ideation to, now, multiple billion-dollar exits.

During her tenure at Gin Lane, Suze helped to launch over 50 DNVB brands and played a critical role in shaping the founder journey. Early stage investments through Gin Lane in SmileDirectClub (IPO), Hims (SPAC), Sweetgreen, Cadre, Quip, Haus, Harry’s, Stadium Goods (exit to Farfetch), & more.

At her core, Suze is an operations leader and, perhaps more importantly, a problem solver. Suze manages high performing, high growth teams, working with entrepreneurs to build and scale their businesses. Suze has deep P&L and operational knowledge, and possesses the flexibility to both lead and dive in on different functions to address granular issues and relieve stress points. Suze serves as a key member of Pattern's Executive team, and is an advisor and consultant to numerous startup companies, founders, and brand and digital agencies.
