Brian Wang is the founder of Dashing Leadership, an executive coaching practice whose mission is to help startup leaders perform better through greater self-awareness and consciousness. He has coached founders from some of the most successful and fastest growing startups backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, Union Square Ventures, Y Combinator, and 500 Startups.

Prior to starting Dashing Leadership, Brian founded his first company, Fitocracy, in 2010. It was one of the most popular fitness social networks of its time. Brian has also held positions as an investor at 500 Startups and a product leader at category-defining companies like Credit Karma and Eaze.
